- What was your role in the group?
My role was to create and make the homepage working. From when you paint and actually want the painting to be visible over at our gallery. It was kind of unclear for me but it was easier than what i believed.
- Which part of the project did you find most challenging?
Of course it was making the flash sending over the painting to the homepage.
- In retrospect, what could the group have done better?
This is a hard question since we all worked very structured and well together. Maybe we could work more together at one place?
- Did you get any insights during the project?
Pff, don't really know. hah - Try to not combine freelance work in a such as this tight schedule like we had?

- What was your role in the group?
I was responsible for the pr and sponsorships.
- Which part of the project did you find most challenging?
Since I haven’t worked with technology before, that part was the most challenging for me. But as we work here on Hyper Island I learn by doing.
- In retrospect, what could the group have done better?
That is very hard for me to say, I think our group have worked in the best possible way. Off course we have had our ups and downs, but we have always moved forward. Our strength has been to work with structure all the time and really used our check in and outs.
- Did you get any insights during the project?
I have gotten a lot of insights in both group dynamics and technology. I have learned new ways to work and handle things. I have gotten a new goal for all group works in the future and a new ”family”.

- What was your role in the group?
My role in the group was "Creative Director", which is a title bestowed on me by Oskar (with no apparent protest from the other members of the group). I feel that I have tried to live up to the title by viewing problems, challanges and other situations from all possible angles before we collectively settled on a certain solution.
- How did you feel about the creative process?
The creative process was above and beyond great! We tried every possible trick we've learned here at Hyper Island, and utilized those tools to the fullest. And I get the feeling that all of us in the group have appreciated how well the process worked and the results it yielded.
- Which part of the project did you find most challenging?
The most challenging part of the project so far was coming up with the technical solutions and the programming as well as sometimes having to settle for "more realistic" solutions.
- Did you get any insights during the project?
The most prodominent insight in this project is without a doubt the importance of structure and consistancy in planning. We set the pace from the start with morning meetings every day where we checked in and checked off the progress and planned the coming work. And we kept this up throughout the whole project.

- What was your role in the group?
Since I felt strongly for organzing the exhibition and wanted to get involved with the exhibition group, I took the role of representing our group in the exhibition group. However, taking the part as project manager for the exhibition meant quite a lot of effort. Of course it was for the greater good of the whole module, but it stole some of my time from my own group.
- Which part of the project did you find most challenging?
Planning and estimating time for how long the development phase would take was definetly one of the most challenging tasks.
- In retrospect, what could the group have done better?
We stated early that we would try to work as structured as possible, and I felt that we really did. It´s hard to say something concrete that we could have done better, but perhaps work a bit tighter during the second week. Really teamed up and sat together.
- Did you get any insights during the project?
The importance of structure and to early on set a common goal. We really did all of that and it really helped us in striving towards the same vision. Every problem we encountered could be faced with all in the group having a clear picture of what our vision and goal was.

- What did you find challenging in the role as a project manager?
Everyone in our group had different backgrounds and diffrent skills, one the most challenging parts as a project manager was that everyone wanted to get out of there comfort zone and try other roles instead of the ones you were the most comfortable and safe with. I am amazed how well it all went.
- Which part of the project did you find most challenging?
We had lots of fantastic ideas that we had to narrow down to a few, without compromise to much with the our basic idea and vision. Since our project is a tribute and has a long history behind it, we really needed to have that in mind in every decision that we made. It was a challenge that we handle without having to "kill our darlings".
- In retrospect, what could the group have done better?
In think thats something I can answer after london, now are we are still in the working process.
- Did you get any insights during the project?
The importence of a good structure and constantly making deadlines for diffrent parts of the project. And also have regular meetings and check ups so you know that every one is working for the same goals and visions.
